At Sakumi, your satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, but only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at alfallouji@gmail.com with a photo and your order number.
We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved, contact us at alfallouji@gmail.com.
